Hi, I'm Emma! What's an Emma? An Emma is an illustrator, toy designer, children's book writer, character designer, cat lover, whale lover, ballet enjoyer, and all around cheery human with too many passions to list! I believe art can be both serious and for fun. It doesn't always have to have a deeper meaning, making something "just because" is equally as important as using it to talk about serious issues in the world.

I hold an AAS in graphic design/illustration and a BFA in illustration from Pratt Institute. In the fall I'll begin working towards my MFA in illustration at FIT! I'm located on Long Island, NY, USA, North America, Earth, Milkyway Galaxy where I am totally NOT building an army of rats to take over the MTA. Nuh uh, I don't know why you would ever even think that.

In my free time I pet my cats, play with my cats, hold my cats, and watch my weirdo cats drink from the sink! The future is bright, but I regret not bringing my sunglasses!
